Guessing....14 hunters 14 mentors 7 or 8 helpers/guides Best guess is 36 folks.....of course about half of them are teenagers and we all know how they can eat.

Does anyone have about 5 pounds of venison or pork breakfast sausage that you can spare?
If so, can you fry it up at home, drain the grease , pack it in a cooler and bring it Friday?
We can add it to the gravy for the biscuits and gravy Saturday and Sunday morning.
Thanks,,
WW

I sure do Woody, I'll bring it already cooked.
I'm going shopping tomorrow to get all the other stuff that I committed to also. We should at least eat good this trip!

We will probably have about 5 total gallons of gravy so use that as a guide to how much sausage to cook up. Having it cooked ahead of time will make it a LOT easier in the mornings. Biscuits are just warm 5 or 6 minutes and serve. Timex, Is there butter and jelly there? If not I'll get some Thursday..

Woody do you think Venison Hamburger would be fine for tacos or do you want me to bring regular hamburger? Being how everyone is a hunter i'm assuming they would eat venison hamburger.

Some of each? and then no one will know the difference. If you are like me you throw in some taco seasoning with it while it cooks....

Looks good John..
You can cross the jalapenos off your list. I've got a huge jar of sliced jalapenos for the nachos..

No, bring one if you have it. Thanks Well, I brought it and it kept venison gravy (for biscuits and gravy) and the nacho cheese sauce warm. BUT - I ran off and forgot it..along with my camera. It is heck to get old.. Momma says she would like a new one anywho so she donated this one to the deer camp.

It's washed up and ready for you to pick up if you decide you want it back.

It's washed up and ready for you to pick up if you decide you want it back. Nah, she has her eye on a new fancy one that she can program. I doubt that it will improve her cooking though..
