A friend of mine was at the NRC meeting and was prepared to speak and the commission leader cut the individuals off. He wasn't very happy about that as he took off work to get there. What he did say is that when the leader started to talk about the deer proposal he said something to the effect that it was getting a lot of play on the Indiana hunting forums. Do you think that the NRC, the IDNR and the politicians check in here to listen every now and then? Enquiring minds would like to now.

Guaranteed.Looking at my Forum Analytics I saw a huge spikes in "visitors" the day the proposal was posted here and the NRC meeting day of the 20th took off again.. and is staying up there. Lots of visitors looking in. Mind your manners.

These forums are the perfect way for government officials to read the 'atmospherics' of the affected community. It's perfect because they get our opinions (and strategies for pushback) and they don't have to respond.

" Mind your manners" Sorry Woody but they don't seem to want to show us any respect by the way the NRC meeting was handled in regards to the anti-change crowd that was present, so they can kiss my butt!
