Check out this website that I saw Will Primos advertise www.nitrocompany.com/pattern.htmIf what these guys claim is true the cost per pound for turkeys just went up for me. I shoot a SBE and they claim their loads will put 230-270 pellets in a 10 inch circle at 40 yds! with either a Rhino .673 or a Jellyhead .655 choke, That's impressive! Antone know anything about them?

I shoot a Benelli with a rhino choke tube and Nitro 3in #6 shot. They're are very impressive. I can say up to 35 yards that you can't count all the pellets. At 40 I had 29 pellets and 45 I had fifteen in the kill. I just got the gun and I'm leaving this week for a hunting trip, so I haven't had a whole lot of time to tweak things, I will when I get back before our season in Indiana, but I'm sure I can get it tweaked and do better than that, as far as 275 pellets or whatever I'm not sure , but they are very impressive with a rhino choke and nitro combo. It only takes one pellet to kill abird though....Ridgerunner

325 dollers for them to find the best choke and shell combo is insane. just my opinion.. Oh I agree, but if I can buy a Jellyhead choke (50.00) and a box of their shells (30.00) and get anywhere close to that I'd be a very happy man cause I'll bet I've spent at least $300.00 on chokes and shells for my SBE and can only get 10 pellets in kill (brain & spine) at 40 yd. Some people would say good enough but I want a bloody stump at 40 yd.

I talked with many of my fellow hunter from across the Country before I purchased a new gun and tube. I must have talked with 50 different very seasoned hunters and read article after article before I chose a gun, then I shot some different guns, sholdered them etc. After a year of talking, reading and researching on the internet I found that many of the serious turkey hunters agree and the vast majority I talked with use Rhino choke tubes .660 with Nitro shells for best performance. I have to say I agree and I have tried many, many different combinations of tubes and shell over the years. I finally got a combo I'm very impressed with..If you want the best IMHO go with rhino and Nitro combo..RIdgerunner 35 yards with my Benelli, Rhino tube and Nitro Ammo

I posted this pic on another thread. It's my pattern at 40 yards. Remington 1187, .660 Rhino choke tube and Nitro Hevishot #4x5x7. That combo dropped a 2 year old bird at 35 yards like a sack of taters this morning in Kentucky.

I've always heard that about the Rhino and the Nitro shells. Everything I've seen on them has been by someone who was impressed.

I don't know which is worse....paying $100 for the Rhino choke tube or $57 for ten Nitros shells. The choke will last forever and the box of shells will last me for 2 seasons. I LOVE the results but everytime I shoot [glow=red,2,300]one [/glow]shell at the range I think "there goes $6".

I love the Rhino tubes. I picked up on at Cabela's in their Bargin Cave a couple years ago. I still don't know how it ended up there, since Cabela's does not sell Rhino tubes, but it was in there none the less. Get this. I paid $15 for it. They had no clue what they were selling.
That tube puts out insane patterns. I shoot Winchester Supreme #5's in 3.5". That combo will blow a 2" hole through the paper at 30 yards. I've never tried the Nitro shells, seeing how the Winchester's patter so insanely tight in my gun.
