Anyone in here hunt HNF or any of the other state forest areas that you dont have to get drawn for? I want to check out the yellowood area since its a little closer to me. But I really dont know much about the area down there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ryan

We hunted Yellow wood back in 92/93. Had a lot of birds gobbling, but had a lot of pressure too. Opening day wasn't ba because it's during the week, but Friday night the campground turned into a big, turkey calling, yelling, drunken party!

I hunt HNF south of Paoli, alot of birds just tough to get them in. A little secret, light soft calling, and not alot of it, and lots of patience.  |
