Hey guys and gals, We had a lot of fun during HuntingIndiana's First Annual Deer "Contest". How about we do the same for Spring Turkey? We can do it as TEAMS again and it will be for bragging rights only. Since other states have multiple bird limits let's keep it to the first bird in the team member's state of residence. We can use the NWTF score sheets as to scores. In this case a picture would also be needed. What do you all think? Should we? www.nwtf.org/all_about_turkeys/turkey_score.html

I'm in, but how about counting the first spring bird regardless of state residence?

There was more than one buck allowed in the deer contest, might as well allow more than one turkey.

I have just been invited to hunt some great land with lots of turkey this spring. A very experienced friend is going to show my the ropes of 'long beard" hunting. I am getting excited now!
