Much like my last excursion (as shown below on my 450R), you'll have your fair share of water, flooding and mud even through the woods. I talked to a few guys yesterday and they said the trails were pretty gnarley and especially off to the northwest encountering the slippery rocks and boulders. They said sand and hill climbs were primo - I'd say that depends on your skill level and riding style. One of them tried the mud bog area and sunk his YZ to the tank. Took them a few hours to "pull" him out. I say he deserved it for being in the wrong area but it made for a good story!

The last time I was up there was last aug. Most areas were dried up on the trails, I really got see some of those holes , just add some water to cover and hide those areas and you could really be in trouble fast esp with a large quad. Some holes were 4 to5ft deep that you could drop a some car in, How do they get like that? Always a good time, Be careful.

Yea, when I went last summer one of my buddies hit one of those "mud puddles" and almost lost his quad. Pretty funny though, glad he was leading.

We go to Attica when it's been rainy, and Haspin when it's been dry... About half the times I've ridden Badlands, it's been pouring rain... It's nice because it's mostly gravel/sand/rock, so yeah, you'll get wet, but it's not as slick as the wet clay is at Haspin...
