In Sullivan County there's a running area on the state ground for rabbits. I was out there last night talking to a friend and he said to be out there you had to have a license. I didn't know this. I have one so it's not big deal but my question is. My mom goes out there with my dad and she doesn't have one. Does she need to get one?
