A few minutes of searching on the In.Gov got me this... I'm going to go out on a limb and say YES it's included ;D. That was HB1299 of 2007. Citations Affected: IC 14-22.
Synopsis: Senior fishing licenses. Exempts from fishing license and trout-salmon stamp requirements a resident born before April 1, 1943. Establishes a resident senior yearly license to fish at an annual cost of three dollars. Establishes a resident senior "fish for life" license at a cost of seventeen dollars. For both licenses, requires that the applicant must be at least 64 years of age and must have been born after March 31, 1943.
Effective: July 1, 2007.
