Friend selling 42 acres of ridge and 70 acres of white river bottom ground in Morgan County, world class waterfowl, deer, turkey and predator hunting, six cabin sights with 150' views of the river, 250,000 total or 130 down with the rest on contract. Timber has been recently cut and no tillable, but hunting rights to the adjoining bottom ground and tillable are included. Forgot to mention the high ground adjoiner is 250 acres of managed, low pressure, timber company ground.
