this was my first attempt at doing snack sticks used LEMS backwoods seasoning used all venison didnt add any pork fat to it and put them on my smoker they turned out pretty darn good

How long did you let them smoke? 2hrs at 185 deg then i had to finish them inside, had to put turkey on and raise the temp on my smoker
