Tommorrow morning I am thinking should see some deer movement. It will be cold (18 degrees) with a pretty strong storm front heading in mid day. I will be in my stand, already have my buck, but i cant still take two does and i am thinking they should be movning in the morning! good luck to everyone! Goodyz71

Sounds like it will be quite windy after sunrise, if the moon is out at all tonight, my money is that they will be moving before daybreak.

I went this morning and had doe's all over me? Should of had the Stick and String? I hunt state ground and you cant take a doe with shotgun, but come next Saturday and i'll have some freezer meat? I had a nice mature doe come through at daybreak and hung around for about 20 minutes, she had no fallower with here, and then about 30 minutes here come several more does and they have there young with them, still no bucks, i sat in the stand untill 1:00pm and saw a total of 9 doe's, I think the rut is winding down up here at least i have'nt see any action for awhile, So iam done till Next Saturday then i can shoot doe's with the smoke pole and the stick and string, Right as i was getting out of my stand it came a sleet storm and it covered the ground white and had alittle snow in with it as well, Tommorrow it will all be rain, but i have to work anyways.

I'm hanging it up until M/L starts next weekend. Didn't see one deer again. Been hunting MMSF and I think all the logging up there has ruined it this year. Talked to a fellow hunter and he says it the worst it been and his hunted MMSF for ten years. Just my luck, this was my first year. I guess I should move to another public property for M/L season. Thinking maybe one of the FWA, shouldn't be too bad for M/L.

Don't think there was much going on this morning. I only checked in 1 doe. Last weekend they were coming in all day.

It was cold, cold, cold this morning, and then the wind came up. I passed on a button buck and a doe fawn at 9:15 am. They came up off the creek bottome and crossed a cut corn field about 45 yards from my stand. Didn't get to go out this afternoon. I think I will be in one of the ground blinds in the tommorrow. I changed the cards out on my trail camera's on the way in this morning and this doe came by one of the gound blinds about 15 minutes before i got to the camera. Goodyz71
