Mentors:
What you need to bring:
1)The proper licensing for the youth hunter

3) Safety harnesses and tie offs for both the youth hunter and mentor - We have some available there.
4) Rain gear
5) Hunting tool/ammo
6) Hunting Clothing (we will furnish the hunter orange items)
7) Flashlight(s)
8) Personal items (toiletries, towels, wash clothes, soap, medicines, etc)
9) Whatever snacks you like for taking to the stand/blind.
10) Lawn chairs for the campfire session.
11) Cooler to take home the deer meat.
12) Gutting/skinning knife
13) Pull up ropes
14) Bug spray
15) Whatever else you want to bring
We will have two ATVs there to haul deer out so you will not have to bring yours.

We will be happy to put a sharp fillet knife (my cut-up knife of choice) in your hand & walk you thru it. If you like deer ribs, bring a saw to cut your slabs........

I have a meat saw.....should be enough guys there to butcher them all and getting them in coolers. Just bring something to put the meat in till you get it home and then you can re-pack it for the freezer.

This is bottom ground and the skeeters are bad in some locations. There seeemed to be more on the Wabash side of the levy. If you have a Thermocell I'd bring that too. Maybe head nets too..
