Had a great shoot yesterday evening! My son and myself were joined by Hoosier Canuck and his boys, Hank Yorke and my neighbor Tony. The birds were flying at a decent level and the lead was flying. We ended the hunt with 20 birds recovered with a few becoming coyote food as we weren't able to recover them sadly. The bonus was my son dropping 2 doves....his first 'kills' of any kind! A successful hunter has arrived! I was a proud Dad for sure.
