Hopefully we (or our wives, moms, grandmas, etc) can list some different squirrel recipes right here in this thread. I love to eat squirrel, but, am always more than willing to hear from others how they like to make 'em. Don't be shy, let's hear how you like your bushytails!

Put two squirrels in large enough sauce pan, one teaspoon of mustard, one teaspoon of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your liking, cover with water, turn on simmer, check every half hour or so, stirring each time. Hmmmmm Good!

Take a couple of Squirrels (or more), cut into serving pieces.
1. Roll Squirrel pieces in flour with a little Greek Seasoning.
2. Fry, until brown, in a little Canola oil in Dutch Oven or electric skillet
3. Drain oil and place a cup of chicken broth or just water and simmer until tender, depending on age of Squirrels.

Try puttin 2 to 4 squirrels in a crockpot (slow cooker) with one small onion diced up for a few hours until tender. Older ones take longer than young ones so check em if you've got a mixture, and remove when tender. Make gravy from the drippings and serve with extra wide noodles or rice. I debone mine while the noodles are cooking. There's NOTHING like squirrel gravy! Makes me hongry just thinking about it!
