Does Indiana have a licensing procedure for "guides"?
Lets say a person has some acreage and decides to take some paying clients hunting each year .....

I havent been able to find any information online.
In the western states outfitters usually provide their license information on their websites or with their contact information ..... there is a state run database of licensed outfitters in the state of Colorado as well.
I have not really found anything on Indiana ......

I hope not! I'm sick of government intrusion. It's his land, if he's a problem let the free market sort it out.

All game laws must be followed including licensing requirements for hunter and guide. I believe you cannot help someone call a turkey unless you purchased a license to hunt turkey.
Of course a landowner would not need license to hunt their own property.

So, lets say a person owns some ground that is strictly used for recreation. Structures everything properly ..... takes a few clients hunting each year ..... reports that income to the IRS.
Assuming that person does everything correctly on the front end that person could then deduct all expenses associated with his guide business ...... correct?
I mean ..... basically a hunting guide is a profession just like any other profession. If seed is bought for food plots that could be deducted. Property maintenance .... deducted. Treestands used by clients .... deducted.
Just thinking out loud here .......

You do not need a tag to call turkeys for others. As long as you are never in possession of the weapon then your are fine.

Not to my knowledge. I guess it depends on how you are guiding. If you are hunting along with your client then you would have to have a hunting license for that game. If I allow a perosn on my land and tell them where my stands are, in a way that is guiding too.
Only guides I know that must have a license is for fishing boats that take so many paying people. They must be licensed through the coast guard.
