A couple of friends from worked had a lease in Posey co. along the wabash river. That outfiiter , Rivers Bend , this year leased all their 1000 acres out from under them. I bet that is the property those bucks where taken off of. Kind of sad and funny.

The guy with the Hoyt hat shot that buck in Wabash county near Laketon, at least that is the story i got.

The top buck was checked in at American Taxidermy in Boonville Thursday. Scored at 221".

wow, guess the OBR is working! LOL...yeah. The top buck was killed on the Illinois side of the Wabash River, but on Indiana soil from what I hear. Looks like management is working to me.

Actually it WAS killed on the Indiana side of the Wabash River in Posey county with Rivers Bend Outfitters. They have leased ground in Indiana this year. My friend at American Taxidermy skinned it out for a life size mount . The guy who killed it is from Louisana and is having the hide shipped back to his taxidermist there. I havent heard anything about the 2nd deer.
