1.As a landowner DO I need the game bird stamp?
2. My son lives with me he's 12, He does not need a licenses as he lives on the land. Does he need a game bird stamp?
As he has not had the hunter safety course yet. And as long as he stays on our land he ok . so with this being true as i know it how can he just get a game bird stamp if it is the only thing needed.
And yes my son only hunts when i am with him.
