some of you guys wanted to know the story behind my first turkey. we got to our destination and blew a crow call. heard 3 gobble right together, we snuck into the woods on this ridge and they were gobbling their heads off! i wasnt sure if my uncle was going to be able to get the decoys out in time, but he did. we were sitting therre for 10 minutes and sure enough 2 out of the 3 birds came running up the hill. we had about 6 or 7 hens surrounding us, and finally got a shot and got him. the whole hunt lasted probably 20 minutes.
