I'll be lucky if I have any time at all to do any hunting. That's the problem with being a landscaper- turkey season falls during one of the busiest times of the year.

That mulch pile will still be there when you get back.

That mulch pile will still be there when you get back. There's the problem- I'm essentially the guy in charge of making sure that mulch pile disappears.

I just started a new job in February, so I will not be able to take off the first three days like I always have. Plus my son just started soccer and his games are on Saturday mornings, so it looks like all I will have is Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. But that should be all it takes : )

i didn't vote because my situation is different. i 'm a seasonal worker at LSP and they laid me off mid january and i don't go back until may 1st.
so i have months to scout and around 10 uninterupted days to hunt before i go back to work. i'll take that any day !!! ;D
my 15 yr old [matt] will go on his first turkey hunt during the youth hunt and i will do my best to call in and video his hunt

I am taking most of the time off. My dad set up a golf outing in th emiddle of my turkey season, so the 25th I am golfing (Rather be hunting) I don't hunt Sundays and the 27th is my wifes birthday....So I am miss those days; other than that I am on vacation. I am guiding a guy and helping a few others. I can't wait!

I'm taking a vacation day on Wednesday and then I'm off for 7 days starting Friday.
I work a 12 hour shift and once a month I get 7 days off in a row. I've been lucky that my 7 days off always starts on the Friday of the 1st week of turkey season.

I don't think I will make the turkey woods this year. I have my left hip replaced on April 07 and the doctor says not to count on going unless I can take my walker....lol
My good friend will be taking my son for the youth season and I may be sitting in the truck the rest of the season.
