I just bought 31 acres of high quality timber for$2,300 per acre.

I just had to post this again ! I called a guy about a 26 acre lot in Borden mainly wooded, mature trees, got a crop field in front and a some road frontage couldnt believe the price he said 670,000. over 30 thousand an acre, what a joke guess he will sit on that land for the rest of his life for that price. I still shake my head at the thought he really believes that lil chunk of land is worth something like that. Anyone else hear any outrageous crap like that around ur areas ? I thought the guy may have told me wrong or I heard him wrong so I said excuse me how much and he said it palin as day 6 hundred and 70 thousand dollars ! Had my buddy call a couple days later and he told him the same thing. I just cant get over a pice tag like that for a piece of land that had lorts of hills and one useable field

extremely good ground going to auction for as little as $2000 an acre or less, right now

I now where 100 acres in Eastern Kentucky selling for $400 an acre Lewis county.
