Well, this is it for the '08-'09 waterfowl season! This is the last video hunt of the season. It has been a tough Feb. season again, just didn't get a smack down on video this Feb. season, but that's ok. 
I knew it was getting down to the end and wanted a hunt from the Feb. season on video, so I asked Momma if I could come out of retirement 1 more time for the season! ;D I really looked, scouted, and tried to get a good hunt lined up here, but the birds just weren't cooperating, no good pattern, or couldn't get access to where they were! 
Anyway, Kevin Smith with River City Outfitters called up and had a hunt that was the best opportunity we were going to get here at the end, so I decided to drive up and give it a shot! I invited my buddy J.B. to come up on the hunt with me, he has really done alot and helped this season, and I wanted to thank him!!! Well when we got to the flooded field, unfortunately about 120 birds were roosted on the flooded field! So we had to bust them out to set up, and hope they come back. We had a decent hunt and ended the morning with 9 birds on the ground! It wasn't a smackdown, but it was a good hunt, and some good footage. I want to thank Kevin!!! So anyway here are some pics from the day..... I added some panaromic shots to the mix also and will be adding some of these to my shots in the future too! I'm going to include alot more pics this time, as it is the last hunt of the year!!! ;D ;D
