It was my understanding from a resident in Arkansas that they were already an open carry.....? I'll have to ask him next time I talk to him.

If you read the law carefully, as long as you have a permit, you can open carry in Indiana, now.

Paul Helmke is a seeping boil on the a** of society! D, I have always considered you a straight shooter and have enjoyed every post you have put up at HI, but this one warmed my heart. It could just be gas though. |

I don't particularly care for open carry, but I don't want the .gov telling me I can't do it. You relieve yourself of "tactical advantage" when open carrying.

A bigger cop magnet than walking next to their car blazing a fattie... ;D I prefer concealed carry too, regular folks get too nervous when they see guns, no need to spook them any further. |
