OK from an enforcement viewpoint would you rather see baiting allowed? Rules changed? Or?

Actually, I just enforce the law the way it's written. If they legalize baiting for deer, then so be it. Personally, I like arresting the slob hunter who thinks he needs bait to kill a buck or the lowlife that has no problem knowlingly and intentionally breaking the law to kill a deer. These are the same folks that cannot resist rolling down the window and blasting the buck that just walked in front of their truck, or sneaking across the property line, or having their wife check in the small buck they just shot so they can shoot another. I know there are some exceptions, but there are a lot of people out there that can't say "No" when an opportunity presents itself. Now, I can also see where baiting allows for closer shots and cleaner kills. That's fine, but shouldn't we be passing on marginal shots as ethical hunters anyway?? Then there is the issue of the spread of disease due to the possible heavy concentration of deer at a bait site, especially this time of year. These points can be argued all day long. I just work here......
