Whats your average drive to your favorite hunting spot?
I hunt several private tracts that are an average of 1.0 to 1.5 hrs away from home.

Deer hunting - 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I guess that's why I have been only getting out a couple times a year. Besides I'd rather save my vacation for the waterfowl season.

300 to 500 yard walk. Have 4 spots I concentrate on. Have not hunted my favorite buck spots yet but plan on hitting one of them this evening.

I have 1.5 hours one way. With gas the way it has been, I make sure that I can go for the whole weekend, where in years past there were times when I would drive down and drive back twice over a weekend.

Anywhere from right out my back door to 3 minutes to my next piece of property, to 15 minutes to various pieces of HNF. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I feel VERY fortunate to be able to hunt this way. There are a couple guys at work that have to drive 1 1/2 - 2 hours one way to hunt.
