Well we went out today with a good friend of mine, Rick Cummings "Ricker". Rick is actually a team member also. 
We went out last night and scouted a spot that was holding several hundred ducks, and 100-150 geese. Daniel Rowe, Matt Cummings, and J.B. Fox came along on the hunt also, and we set up to video the hunt, last ditch effort for a good duck hunt on video before season goes out! What a wild morning (weatherwise)! We had lots of ducks bombing us at first light, but the majority of them were short landing us and out of range. 
But we ended up getting them more in range. Daniel shot his limit soon, and then jumped behind the camera and let me shoot some ducks also! We ended the day with 3 black ducks, 1 drake pintail, and shot 17 mallards, we lost 2 that we were not able to recover. We had a great morning overall, and a great last duck hunt of the season on video. Matt and J.B. had to leave early, and I actually forgot my camera at home, so we shot the "hero" shots later in my front yard! ;D J.B. and Matt took their birds home with them. Thanks to Rick!!!
