The geese didn't fly today. So I took Jake Huff to see the roost. On the way there a redtail flew in front of us w/a grey squirrel. Then another redtail tried to take it away from him. Then the fight was on. Very cool to see. We lost a lot of geese, but there is still plenty to hunt. Just a few of these pretty ducks left.

Maybe they didn't fly because their tired of getting shot at. I went to the PU game today instead of hunting so maybe I made the right decision. Of course when I got home I snuck out to the creek for about an hour. Didn't see anything though.
