Her is a pic of the doe I shot last night. Jaw is short and eye is badly damaged. In all fairness I shot her on the side with the good eye. Ear on the other side was also cut like someone had taken scissors and sliced it all the way down. ![](http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e240/anthonyfamily/DeformedDoe001.jpg)

I had a buddy that shot a buck a few years back where the bottom jaw extended past the front jaw by nearly 2". It had a severe overbite for sure. Those lower bottom teeth were sticking out. Sure wish I would have got pics of it. It was weird for sure.

Just wondering, what are you going to do with it? Do you process it or throw it away?

Not every deer can be the "head of the class", if you know what I'm saying.

A few years back I took a Doe from Crane in southern Indiana and it had the same defect. At the time I though it might be caused by some sort of inbreeding, but I suppose it was just a genetic defect. It was still a good eat'n deer....

I shot a really nice 8 point a few years ago that had the same condition, its jaw was short and also offset to the side quite a bit. It was so bad he couldn't keep his tongue in.
