There is no way I could have braved today. Windchills from Northern Indiana to Southern Indiana are below zero. The wind just makes it brutal. Curious to what the deer were doing. If you scored today you have no doubt earned it! BRRRRR

I just checked mine in from yesterday and there were 2 that checked in that had been taken today. I also saw some deer out feeding while driving.

I was not hunting, but I saw 3 feeding in a corn field and 4 does eating grass after dark. Too cold for me!!

I braved it, and it payed off. Shot a buck with my bow. The sit wasnt that bad really, I bundled up real good. Thought I was going to get shook out of the tree a few times. But after I shot and was watchin him stand about 50 yards away waiting for him to go down (took about 40 minutes, shot was a little back) it got REAL cold. And it was a miserable gut and drag job afterward

I sat all day today and yesteday at the Refuge and saw nothing.
