hi am new to this board so this may already be posted somewhere but I am looking for meat processors in the central indiana area. We are not hunters but we are looking for the meat/discards after processing. We run competitive sled dogs and we supplement our "kibble" with meat for extra fat/protein. Am mostly interested in beaver. Was thinking nobody eats beaver(?) so this might actually be a castoff from the processing but we could really use the meat. We will feed other meats as well, but beaver is really high in fat which is what we need. Any ideas suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
