Decatur, I made up about 10 pounds of your breakfast sausage today while butchering to share with friends this weekend coming in to town for the Colt's game. I'll let you know how it works out!

I made some a couple weeks ago. I accidentally read the "KG" side of my scale rather than th "LB" side, so I've got about twice as much venison in it than I should! It's still good, though I think it would be better with the proper ratio. ;D
Made biscuits and gravy, used the sausage in the gravy. Tasted good!
