My buddy and I have a pick next Monday down at the Goose Pond. I have never been there but my buddy has been there 4 times. Has anyone heard how the huntin is goin down there? I have heard differant stories so far this year, so If anyone has any info let me know.

Last I saw (2weeks ago) was low low water and after the cold front I am guessing froze.
No clue on what they are killing

No I have not hunted there. I will be inthe area this weekend again, hope to swing by and look it over again. I can give you any report I have then.

called down there today and they said the birds are on the way. They also said that some DB's shot two Tundras. Nice

I hunted there Thursday birds were starting to filter back in we managed a limit of mallards. We went back out Friday morning, no open water anywhere the wind laid down at night and the temps dropped everything is froze. I am supposed to go back Monday , but I don't think there will be any water opened.
