It was to be mostly cloudy and windy today. It was blue sky and very calm instead. The birds never left the roost. The weather man got one thing right. It was cold. It was 8F in this picture.  The hide. I love hunting in the snow. You can make those blinds blend in so well.   |

Man you aint kiddin. I hunted the same spot I did yesterday on the Wabash and did not have on bird come in. Blue bird + buttass cold=high birds laughing

Yesterday: snow,wind and ducks.
Today: light overcast, calm, no ducks.the geese sat on the ice untill afternoon then fed in a nearby field.
The weather forecast looks interesting for the next few days.
