In my neighborhood the only signs that have been vandalized are the the McCain/Palin signs. The Obama signs are not being touched. Read into it what you want; makes me proud.

One thing I have observed about liberals that ticks me off the most is the fact that a true liberal is supposed to believe the most fervently of all in the right to express yourself. In reality, it seems that the only views they won't tolerate are those that contradict their own.
I would never go pull up an Obama sign.... anyone can put up a sign for their candidate in their own yard. I think most folks of a conservative frame of mind feel that way.
As Tagteamhunter hinted at, what does it say about you if you think it's ok to do that?

We had 4 police officers here in Seymour that did some stuff like that about 7-8 years ago and all 4 got fired. They used bumper stickers and took signs.

Absolutely. I was troubled to hear from my brother a couple of days ago, who was upset because vandals came and burned a McCain sign he had in his front yard, destroying the sign and part of the yard. The same thing happened to my brother's neighbor. They live in a very conservative area with lots of "neighborhood watch" kinds of things, so it's kind of unsettling to know this happened. These people are hypocritical criminals.
