I will be having a short reed goose calling class at the Sportsman's Warehouse this Saturday at 2:00. Bring your short reed, or pick one up at the store. This class will teach you the proper way to use your goose call. Hope to see you there.

It's actually just east of Caterpillar. Between US 52 and I-65 on SR 26.

It was fun. The class was hard for me to control. I was stuck out on the floor w/lots of people blowing there calls. I had to ditch my notes and talk to people one at a time. I will try to have it in a more controlled enviorment next time.

Travis, I will help you out any time. I don't think I have ever heard you call before, but I know you shoot a good number of birds so your doing something right.

LMAO........ yeah, I hunt with guys who know how to call! LOL. I've got an SMH and Art has tried his best to get me going on it but I just can't get it. I do practice, and that's evident because I can see a slight groove starting to form on the tone board. Heck, I'm just wanting to be able to cluck to join in for some fill sounds but for every decent cluck I get, I have 10 other huffs of air that sound like crap! No consistency at all..... I'll keep trying though!
