I believe Sarah Palin just endeared herself to America tonight at the RNC. The shots she took at Obama were pointed and hard to dismiss. I didn't know what to expect but will tell you that she impressed me. The difference between a Pit Bull and a Hockey Mom???.........The lipstick! ;DClassic ;D. Hope all of you that enjoy your guns and hunting with them get to the polls this election and protect them from the most liberal candidate ever...Obama. Vote McCain/Palin!

Stayed up last night just to watch her speech and I tell you the lady is amazing,I think that she told things just as they were and how they should be and it would be in the best interest of the American people if we had someone of her caliber in the white house.....IT'S ABOUT TIME DON'T YOU THINK?

IF ..... IF ..... she continues to grow and mature as rapidly as she already appears to have during her relatively short political career she will be the first female POTUS.

First, it was the RNC you were watching.... ;D Guns, God and religion. It's official. The republicans are getting desperate. How about the failures in Iraq and Afghanistan, the conflict in Georgia, the faltering economy? I believe Sarah Palin just endeared herself to America tonight at the DNC. The shots she took at Obama were pointed and hard to dismiss. I didn't know what to expect but will tell you that she impressed me. She is a popular governer, a great PTA member, a hockey mom, a person we all would like to hunt with, and a lifetime NRA member but NOT qualified to be the Vice President. what foreign policy exp does she have? there are TEN cities in this country with greater populations that the WHOLE state of Alaska! Stayed up last night just to watch her speech and I tell you the lady is amazing,I think that she told things just as they were and how they should be and it would be in the best interest of the American people if we had someone of her caliber in the white house.....IT'S ABOUT TIME DON'T YOU THINK?

I believe that it was Obama that first brought up the "guns, God, and religion" when he called us Hoosiers "not that much different than terrorists".

And who in their right mind would want to live in any of them?

my point was those 3 and abortion are the GOP "go-to issues" when they want to divert attention from other failures (iraq, economy, foreign policy etc) I believe that it was Obama that first brought up the "guns, God, and religion" when he called us Hoosiers "not that much different than terrorists".

1. We are winning in Iraq 2. Congress caused the economy to deflate [variable rate mortgage], Fannie May, Freddie Mac 3. Georgia? Let's nuke Russia and never have to worry about them again? Propaganda is really flowing this time of year.

Propaganda is really flowing this time of year. I consider Iraq to be a complete victory for the U.S. I can't even begin to understand your opinion on this 76. The economy we can debate forever, but we should be able to quickly agree that the Republican party isn't solely responsible for the state of the U.S. economy. I fail to understand how the U.S. is even remotely responsible for the escalation of a conflict between two cultures in Asia that has been brewing since before The U.S. was even a country. Have you been reading the Daily Kos?

The short version of this thread is that you can explain it to someone, but you cannot understand it for them.

what foreign policy exp does she have? What foreign policy exp does Hussein Obama have??? Geography lesson 76, but Russia is her neighbor up there in Alasaka. She's had to deal with WAY more foreign issues than Hussein did while he was a Community Organizer!!!! This woman is more qualified to be President than Hussein Obama.....so don't even go there that she's not qualified enough to be Vice-President.

Thanks for the geography lesson. My globe is in the attic and I had forgotten where Russia is located. Living near a foreign country qualifies one as an expert at foreign relations just as visiting a court room qualifies one to practice law. what foreign policy exp does she have?
