No geese to hunt this year yet but I do have some doves which I think I enjoy more this time of year anyways.

Saw about 100 swans on the st joe today between Elkhart and Ash Rd but only a handfull of geese. May have to run traffic in the hay. Seems no one is cutting corn for syledge yet.

Hit a hay field today and man did it work out well. Started slow one single came in at about 7:15 and went by my brother and cousin then I shot it, they thought they heard more coming but i knew better. Then a long wait, then 3 groups sat down on 3 different sides out of range, when the group of 6 on my side got up i was able to get 1 then the other 2 groups got up and circled and the largest group of the day came out of the N and joined the circle and we dropped them like we knew what we were doing,
Man what a blast!!! Ended up with 12 Got a pic of the pile w/my phone but cant get it to the computer???
