Hardy Lake Dove Hunt

I plan to take my 14 year old son and want him to have a good hunt. I live 1.5 hours from Hardy. Is it worth the drive? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Good corn, but the sunflowers aren't any good.
	I only hunt trophy class animals. "Pan fry" class, "Deep fry" class, and "Grill'em" class.

Alot of the sunflowers are in bloom but the seeds are still soft. Will the dove feed and stay if most of the seeds are still soft?
