This stuff stems out from long before my presence out there.. Hopefully it will get defeated again!! I believe last time was when the DNR stepped in and said they would beef-up patrols out there.. And no doubt they did,, cause they are out there alomost everytime.. All these things they complain about,, as-in,, raining on house's,, endangering people,, and such are all ALREADY illegal,, and if your caught raining,, they will write you up RIGHT NOW!! I'm sure all us on the JOE know and can testify,, ICO Mortemore doesnt PLAY AROUND!!! I cant think of any story from a broken window or anyone getting hit! I do know of people who recieved tickets for raining...
