i'm in spencer county,but there are NO BIG BUCKS here.  i work at lincoln state park and the bucks shown are in and around the park.had my eye on some big ones last year but a bunch died from ehd.i'm happy to see some good ones still alive the deer reduction hunt in the park last year only yielded 50 deer,several small bucks,alot of yearlings and a few good does. in my opinion the DNR should not have a hunt at LINCOLN PARK this year.i hardly saw any deer in the park last year and was surprized at the number taken.other areas of the county seem to have better herd numbers. |
