Planted this plot back in September 07. Put in some Winter Wheat, Oats, Clover, Chicory, Turnips, and Mossy Oaks Full Draw. Here's what it looked like in October. Here's what the same plot looked like as of 06-11-08. The clover and chicory are doing very good as well as the oats and wheat. I'm going to give it a couple more weeks and then give it a good mowing. With all the rain that we have been having, I don't think I could get any equipment in to mow it right now

The oats you planted last fall died off with the winter freeze. What you are seeing is only wheat and clover and it looks real good. I would wait until your wheat matures which should be around the first to mid July and then mow. Your clover looks real nice. If you have rabbits around they will cut the wheat down and eat the seeds. h.h.
