On Feb 9.... the night before my wreck... buddy and i shot our 10 geese out of a corn field in Lag. co.... our spread consisted of a dozen real geese silhouttes.... that had snow packed around the stakes because the ground was too frozen to sink them in.. and a dozen GHG shells that have been beat to heck just sittin in the snow..... How many months have these geese been hammered on?? educated?? Did i mention that we just simply layed in the snow and covered up with white cotton type materieal when they started to come.... heads propped up on a shell decoy?? Im a huge fan of full bodies because they look good TO ME.... but your not gonna tell me those geese are lookin for feet on the decoy on there way in Yes yes... i am guilty of the big full body spreads... they're awesome!! For cryin out loud we have 3 dozen full body MALLARD decoys .. who the helllll needs that many ... if any at all.... so im not dissing anybody by any means... Im just goin the cheap rout this year when it comes to purchasing maybe cuz im poor?!! COME OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON OCTOBER!!!.... ah yes... september.. you too i suppose

Shells are awesome for snow covered days!! Especially the sleeper head shells. Personally I like fullbody spreads, but sleeper head shells or something you can use like this, are deadly on snow covered days or waters edge or ice edges! Definitely a good thing to have in the arsenal for specific situations like these! Silos are great for those long walks in to muddy fields, etc. Definitely good to be versatile! ;D

Full body duck decoys, come on Noble. I will send you my whole spread of black milk jugs and you can glue the popsickle sticks on them when you get them! And geese, you'd be better off selling the rest of your junk to me and saving your money for the real dekes like a dozen or two dropzones or dave smith dekes. The rest are just poor imitations that will only fool the dumb ones ;D Shooting dumb geese is like shooting does, just not sporting enough for real hunters
