Posting for my buddy. He has 30 acres just outside Seymour in Reddington. It has several building sites on it. It has apond in the the back and the damm has a valve which you can use to flood some timber. I am not a waterfowl hunter but it has excellant waterfowl hunting. The last guys that leased it killed around 75 geese and around 125 ducks. There is also very good deer hunting. It is surrounded by ag. fields.
