My dad gets back from Florida tomorrow and we're packing up Wednesday to head down to the cabin in Linton, Dugger area for four days of bluegill & crappie fishing. Brother in law and his bud are coming down Friday. Plenty of good fishing, good company, good eats, cold brewskies in the evening, etc. Can't wait to clock out for a few days.
Dad & I have been all over fishing; Canada, Alaska, the ocean, etc. but we still prefer catching big Indiana bluegills for just good, plain, old fashioned fun.

This is no doubt the week to do that. Those big gills should be on the nest later this week.
Takes some PICS!

Cleaned 110 big uns, so a fair outing despite crummy weather. Measured some of the bigger ones, one redear was 10-3/4".

I went back out Friday finally after the rain stopped. Bedding activity was still real weak. I think all the rain and cooler temps backed them off some.
