I have a few weeds coming up in my clover, what can I spray to kill the weeds yet help or at least not hurt the clover that is a solid 5+ inches tall already. Thanks for your help!

Depends on what kind of weeds they are.... Regardless, if you are using herbicides, ALWAYS read and follow the label, etc, etc. The label is the law, BTW...
If it's grass, a grass-selective herbicide will be fine. Something like Poast or Fusilade. A grass-selective can be sprayed right over the top of the clover. It may take a couple of treatments for full control.
If they are broadleaf, I'm not sure what can be sprayed. Depending on how thick the weeds are you might be able to spot spray with a hand sprayer or wipe them with a rag over the sprayer wand if they are tall enough. Again, if they are tall enough and there are enough of them there are attachments you can buy (or make) for an ATV that "wipe" herbicide using a piece of PVC and a rope wick.
You've got a couple of herbicide options if you can wipe or spot-spray. Round-up is the easiest to find and use, as well as the safest. 2,4-D will work too, but make sure it's an "amine" formulation as opposed to "ester" formulation. The amine will not volatilize as badly as the ester and will be safer for the clover. Both the R-up and 2,4-D will kill the clover though, so be careful.
If they are broadleaf and not many of them, I'd probably not worry about it too much. Mow the clover a couple of times during the season and with proper fertilization the clover should out-compete most of the weeds.
HTH.

Whitetail Institute makes a herbicide called Slay, which will kill broadleaf weeds in clover plots. They also make one called Arrest which you can spray on your grassy weeds in the clover fields.

I use Butarac for broad leaf about 30 bucks for a gallon or high yield for grass about 18 bucks for 9 ounces. Check out Keystone pest solutions for the some stuff.

I just use a 3 galon sprayer. The High Yield is 1 oz per gallon and the other is 1 or 1.5 per gallon I would have to look at the directions on the one.
