im looking for someone with a nice farm or tract to lease to me for deer hunting. i will only be on land during hunting once stands are up.Im responsible, will treat your land like my own.will also help with any work. however you want it is how it will be- your rules. keeping YOU happy is my top priority. im not fortunate to live in the country , but really appreciate every minute im there.Only interested in mature deer (will take does if needed and if owner wants).will not shootup your property,drive in wet fields , will park where you want , close all gates behind me . pick up ANY trash and take with me.,nondrinker(when i hunt) and nonsmoker.Will not cut trees or place any stand until you give me the OK. willing to pay whatever helps the farmer or owner get what he needs.. looking for a win-win for both of us and a good friend relationship for years to come. would only be me depending on size maybe a friend once or twice. will get insurance if needed.WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP YOU HAPPY!
Im not a pro leaser or in the lease business to make any money--- just a good guy tryin to find an opportunity that i dont already have. I ve realized i will never be fortunate enough to own land or anyone in my family and this is my option to have my own honey hole properly managed. I know guys hate leasors on here , but its my shot at my own place(sort of). looking for long term.
