Yep, I've seen them. I have one similar except it's a tape on. They made one with a bolt so it would screw in as well.

I have seen and used the tape ons and screw ons, just never seen one that mounted like this.

I believe the reel and line on all the models were identical, just different brackets bolted on.

its an early 60's model, the predesessor(sp) to the screw in ones that came along after they started putting stabilizer bushings on their bows.
