Same building. I never used them I drive buy and they have deer stacked up like a pile of wood outside during gun. There is one in Brownstown that does different things.

I've heard of the one in Brownstown, but never been. What different things does this other one do?

I tried this place this year on one of my deer because of timing and temperature. I was really dissapointed with their burger. It was nasty. They didn't trim any of the fat off the deer, just ground that up too. I figured it'd still be good for snack sticks but those tasted lousy. I had to keep using the turkey baster to suck out the orange colored fat out of the sheet. The cut meat like steaks were fine.
I guess I'm spoiled making my own ground. I'm pretty picking when triming the scraps.

There is one in Brownstown that does different things. wow, old thread. Wilson's Locker is the place you speak of. Have used them several times. I prefer to use an FHFH location for donating, but this is an alternative. They are not an FHFH location but they will take your deer donation, cover processing, and give to local distributers. Hope it's ok to get a plug in for Wilson's, their burger with a little suet that they add is excellent.

Use Kenny Corbin in North Vernon. Clean meat. And you can get anything from Deer bacon to ham or hot dogs you name it.

It is really in Vernon. Do you know where Diekhoff mowers is located. Or where Papa Johns Pizza is. Here is his number also 1-812 592-9131.
