80 acres $80,000 Has 2 impoundments one is 12 acres and the other is 30 acres. The big one is mainly flooded cottonwood saplings and is a wood duck roost that holds 1,000 to 1,500 ducks. I've only hunted that site during teal season. 65 acres are enrolled in WRP so that gives an opportunity to put a water control structure between the big ditch and the big impoundment. www.terraserver.microsoft.com/image.aspx?T=1&S=11&Z=16&X=1490&Y=10717&W=1&qs=%7c Austin%7cin%7c Take 256 west from Austin to 800E turn south and cross the river. You'll see a 2 track which heads south. That's the east boundary. There is a big levee which stretches from the 2 track west and then turns south. It looks like a big thicket. The small impoundment's levee is about 50 ft off the west road.

Do you still have this property for sale. I am selling some property in Central IN and will be closing in Sept. 08. I will be rolling some money into more land at that time. Thanks, Rob
