Chelsea Clinton bought her mom a female parrot for her birthday.
A week later Bill came home and Chelsea told him, "The bird is so smart! Mom has already taught her to pronounce over 200 words!"
"Wow, that's pretty impressive", Bill said, "but you realize of
course that she just says the words. She doesn't really understand whatthey mean."
"That's OK", Chelsea replied. "Neither does the parrot."
