A lot of times the death of a loved one will "soften" us....which usually is a good thing. It's all part of a plan that none of know quite yet. I find sooo much peace while hunting. It's those times in the woods when nothing is moving, when you are just sitting there thinking that are totally worth being out there in the cold. I'm sure that your son is right there with you Steve.
